I've been going to Chez Guyto for many years. They have great customer service and the food here is delicious. The soup is... fantastic every Sunday, the griot is hot and the baked macaroni is always a hit. If they had a drive-thru, they would shut downthe traffic on Pembroke Rd. Read more

Chez Guyto is putting too much salt in the food. Guyto is very sweet to his customers. I like him very much. But, I don?t... understand why he is not telling his cook to stop making such salty foods. The meat is so salty that it raises your bloodpressure. Haitians have a high incidence of heart disease. A Haitian restaurant should be mindful of not adding so much saltto their foods to protect the lives of their customers. Guyto, please tell your cook to cut down on the salt. Adding lots ofgarlic, thyme, cloves parsley and Lime juice will give plenty of flavor to the meal without the excess salt that can triggerelevated blood pressure and stroke. If you follow this advice , you will show that you care about the well-being of your Haitiancompatriots and you will be my favorite restaurant again (5) Read more

This Haitian restaurant was everything. The food was good, the people are amazingly friendly and it has a very old-school... Caribbean vibe. Just know before you go there that it is CASH ONLY. There's no sign that I saw but I guess their regularsalready know this. I normally would have been mad at the inconvenience but they were so friendly and the food was so good that Iwill deal with it and go back often. Line was very long but it moved fast. Food is fresh because of the high turnover. Griot wascrispy outside and so tender. Stewed turkey was on point. Opt for its gravy on your rice! I also saw people buying the fish, thefried turkey and the soup often. So they must be good as well. Read more
