My experience was horrible. When I first placed my order,I got 2 $7 meal deals. The guy asked if I wanted the bacon and cheese... added, I agreed to the upcharge and proceeded to the window to pay.after paying $17, I was given a bag with only 4 burgers.whenasked where was the rest of my order,the guy said I didn't ask for fries and a drink....I'm like it's a $7 meal deal, that'swhat comes with it, I shouldnt have to ask. So I went to the window and spoke to the manager.she was no help and her attitudewas nasty,not only did she try and charge more money, she also explained that If I wanted my fries and drink I had to have thecontents taken off my burger,after becoming aggravated,I told her just make all the burgers without the cheese and bacon,whichhad already been paid for.she remade the burgers without.my order was not satisfying, and I never got a receipt so I could'nteven do the survey. I?ve had so many issues with the female with the black hair black straight hair that works in the afternoon time she?s rude her... attitude is nasty and she barely speaks English the new system that they have with the robot is ridiculous it does notaccurately get orders I was overcharged I was only offered medium and large and when I got to the window the price on the menuwas not the same price as what my total was supposed to be and the female had an attitude and she then proceeded to tell me thatthe prices are only going to tell me medium and large even though it shows the price for a small on the screen I contactedcorporate I?m supposed to be waiting on a manager to call me back I have not yet heard from anyone this is ridiculous what kindof business is this and I only have these issues with the female Read more
Terrible customer service. This employee was rude to my wife. He also had straws in his mouth while prepping the food and... talking to customers (disgusting). When I confronted the shift manager about it, she defended the employee and took almost an hrto give me the store managers info. Only to find that she gave me fake information. I feel bad for Olivia the store manager.She deserves better. This is possibly the worst Checkers in S. Florida. Read more
Quick friendly and not sure if it was a promo or not, but i got 2 meals for the price of one! Worked for me because my wife... always tells me she is not hungry abd then steals my food. Read more
