Just left this place on 8/21/22. Don't even bother coming here for ice cream, there was a choice of only nine flavors, and wait... for it... they had no vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Staff was nice but did not understand what we were asking for. The garbage bins were overflowing with trash (both of them). But... worst of all, the ice cream was warm and melted from the moment she tried to scoop it. Perhaps not surprisingly, it melted onthe cone and started falling all over the sides. Read more
No matter what time of day the service is horrible. It takes up to 20 mins for someone to acknowledge your presence. Then nobody... knows how to do anything right. Staff are nice but there was only 3 person working and then 1 person left. So only 2 person working. Ice cream was Ok. But... Frozen Matcha Latte was Watery compare to another Dunkin Donuts. Restroom was dirty. Read more
Brownie was cold, didn?t have pecans, didn?t have whip cream, didn?t have hot chocolate. We asked for a hot brownie and hot... Carmel and didn?t get either. Had to use almonds instead of pecans. What in the world!!!!!!!! Read more

Been to this ice cream shop for a couple of times. They're always out of waffle cones, strawberry, and few other common flavors... of ice cream. One time there was just one employee managing Orders for ice creams as well as Dunkin donuts since its acombination store. We used to come here all the way from Doral. You'll find the store busy and crowded almost every time maybecoz of its prime location. Read more
My dad, Fiancé and I walked in to this location because I wanted an ice cream cake for my birthday. I stood there by the... counter waiting for one of the workers to pay attention to us. She told us that the other worker was for the Baskin Robbins andshe only does Dunkin while she was scooping ice cream and the other worker was grabbing donuts?. We waited for the worker toassist us and she would walk past us and ignore us while continuing to grab donuts. She would not even look our way even with mestanding at the cash register so we decided to leave and go to Publix. Very poor customer service and management at thislocation.
