Good food great service by perla she was very very nice left her a 10$ tip best subway to go to
ordered online thirty minutes prior to getting to the store. my boyfriend walked in and they hadn?t even started the order. they... took other people in line first, which is fine, but he told them he was there and the woman in front told the other workers toignore the mobile order and do other ones instead, right in front of him. it took another thirty minutes, where theycontinuously passed our order off to another person and even though ours was done, they didnt wrap and give it to us until theyfinished other peoples. all while my boyfriend was standing right there. when they finished they didnt even apologize for thewait, just passed the bag. across the counter to him and walked away. They closed at 7pm. Ive been driving for 8 hours and just got home. So we ran to get dinner and they closed early. They said... because they wanted to go home and are tired of working. I normally come here to eat but lately they are never open when they say they will. I show up a few minutes before opening time... and I wait patiently but still 15-20 minutes later they are still turning me down for service even though it's past opening timeand their open sign is on. Asked for for Corp. number "I don't have it" asked for... her name "I don't want to give it to you" no name badges ( Lilly/Jonathan) 10am 7/13/21. Whenever I come here, I always have a positive experience. I am treated with the utmost respect and kindness. My nourishment is... completed within a timely and accurate manner. The employee Jose, always greets me with a positive and respectful demeanor. Mymeal always comes out amazing when prepared by him. The entire restaurant is clean, safe and sanitary.
