ordered online thirty minutes prior to getting to the store. my boyfriend walked in and they hadn?t even started the order. they... took other people in line first, which is fine, but he told them he was there and the woman in front told the other workers toignore the mobile order and do other ones instead, right in front of him. it took another thirty minutes, where theycontinuously passed our order off to another person and even though ours was done, they didnt wrap and give it to us until theyfinished other peoples. all while my boyfriend was standing right there. when they finished they didnt even apologize for thewait, just passed the bag. across the counter to him and walked away.
