Service is SOOOOOO slow. I've been here a handful of times in the last couple of months. I've experienced Cold Stone in other... states and know what the experience could be and calling this a disappointment is an understatement. Where's the manager?Where's the person hurrying these kids with no hustle along? Do they not have training? I know franchisees are held to astandard. If anything I would encourage Cold Stone corporate to get involved. This is abysmal. I'm taking my money elsewhere inthe future. Read more
I do like the ice cream. But when I took my daughter the other day it was busy and there were 3 employees some of the time as... the backroom seemed to be the place to be. Then 3 more employees came in and clocked on but they too just waited in the back. Iam not sure what they are getting paid for. One of the guys there ketp tring to turning his hair around his fingers then back todipping ice cream perhaps hair nets would help. Kinda gross. Read more
I love cold stone but i could not believe my eyes!!!! I was there June 11 8:45 pm. There was 2 guys and one girl. The girl... dropped ice cream on the floor 2 times picked it up with the scooper and just dunked it the water, didn't wash the scoops oranything, then continue to serve the ice cream. how can ppl be this way!!! Sydney and Adam are working hard over here. A complete soccer team was in front of us today. They just kept the line flowing.... They have great attitudes. They are polite to the customers and work great together as a team. Under alot of pressure becausethat line just kept growing. Thank you for your efforts. Only thing I would complain about is that they are being made towear mask. Can't see those smiles underneath. Read more
There's lots of parking but there is also a lot of people for the food court area. There was also quite a line, and it was not... even a hot day. However the wait was worth it! I had the cheesecake fantasy icecream. My son had the chocolate icecream. Read more
Went here with my little sister the other day and ordered a sweet cream milkshake and she got some random combo of ice cream... mixed with candies. When I had came in it was busy probably because it was around 7pm. There was a guy working and a girl withcolored hair. They were working HARD. I could tell they were tired but they kept going and got customers through quickly andwith care. They deserve a bonus or something because they were putting in WORK. I hate to feel like their hard work was goingunrecognized. I ended up tipping like $6 because they deserved it. Great customer service! If you see this coldstones GIVE THEMA BONUS. Read more
Great rich and creamy ice cream. I love the coffee ice cream the most, but chocolate and vanilla are very good. They have an... apple pie I want to try soon. I just recently got a coffee and vanilla sundae in a medium sized container with some sprinklesand hot fudge. It was outstanding. Read more
