As soon as I got to the drive through window they told me to wait a minute. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting to get helped.... Then as say "hello" and they said wait a minute again. Waited 5 more minutes and still waiting. I drove forward with outordering anything and no one came to window. I literally waisted approximately 25 minutes there. There was another customer infront of me so I couldn't leave drive through. When I was able to leave, two other cars left behind me without ordering also.This restaurant needs serious help!! The drive thru lights have been out for a while so it's hard to see the menu at night or the parking lot. For some strange... reason they never have sweet tea at night time. On occasion is understandable but when it's consistently customers tend to goelsewhere because they start to feel like you just don't want their business. Read more

Salads are consistently good at this location, which is all I usually get at Zaxby's. They have not reopened the dining room... since covid, at least the last time I checked, but I usually go through drive through on the way home from work anyway. The linecan be long sometimes. Read more

I never write reviews but had to write one due to the bad experience I had. Very slow service. Went here to get a quick order of... 2 large fries expecting to be in and out in 15 minutes. Well it took them at least 10 minutes to get someone to the register totake our order. Once we finally got our order taken, it took them another 15-20 minutes to prepare our food! They were notparticular busy that day either and appeared mostly staffed. What makes it worse is that when we finally got our fries they hadZERO seasoning. Would not recommend! Read more

I was really hungry today and looking forward to eating my classic sandwich because I had not eaten all day. That is until I... took my 1st bite and had to spit it out. It tasted like it was fried in month old, used amusement park grease, the breast wasflattened and 90% breading, which was also old and slightly greyish. It was disgusting, inedible, and not worth 8 cents muchless the $8 I paid for it. Now it's 9 pm and I'm ending this review to go find something to eat that isn't dumpster slop. Very fast service! Got my food hot within 5 minutes. The cashier greeted me with a smile that made me feel welcomed. Clean... parking lot as well. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend this location to anyone. We put in an order online and when we got there... they did not have the order. We had to wait for the order to be made. When we got home there was a finger plate missing and aregular salad was given to us instead of a Cobb salad. When I called the store a man answered and said he was the manager. Hewas very rude and hung up on me. I called back and a female answered. I asked who the store manager was and was told it wasRashaad but he was not there. I asked who the man was that had just hung up on me and she wouldn't tell me. That man then tookthe phone from her and rudely asked me what the problem was. I told him I needed his name and he asked me why. I told himbecause I was going to report him for hanging up on me. He said he thought the conversation was over and then proceeded to hangup on me again. Horrible customer and couldn't seem to get anyone's orders right while we were there.
