Service was very slow. I order in store online took about 15 minutes to get food. As I was waiting for my food; there was an... older gentleman waiting to be waited on. He had not been waited on after I got my food and left. Older people do not want to usethe online order. I feel there should always be someone at the counter. Thought that by coming out here it would be nicer. Boy was I wrong. The drive thru lady was loud and rude and kept cutting me... off before I could ask a question or make an order. The cheeseburger's were not fresh, the fries were cold and unsalted. Thechicken sammich was fine. I assume because it had to be made, unlike the cheeseburger's which had obviously been sitting forawhile. Wont be back here for sometime. Read more
Very fast service! When I pulled in the drive-thru there were a few cars but I had my food ready, hot and correct within 10... minutes. The cashiers were really nice and personable. Glad this is less than 3 minutes away for the times when cooking justisn?t an option. I will be back! Read more
Apparently this may be deleted by...not me. If however you may find info that leads you to believe they are fast, don't trust... it. They use the good ole pull forward please and delete your order as if they served you quickly. Basically if it says theycompleted it in 10 seconds, prepare to wait ten minutes... For 2 burgers and a dag on fry. Read more

This McDonald?s customer service is the worst..I don?t usually even eat McDonald?s but normally my experience at other... McDonald?s are fine. This specific McDonald?s has the worst employees.. The person that took the order, the person that took thepayment and the person that made us pull up to a take out spots to get our food. Which me and my wife and 3 daughters, ?one is a2 yr old?waited in the car for another 20 mins.. They brought my food out and forgot which car I was in while bringing my foodthe employee dropped my food on the ground. Left the food on the ground and went back inside to bring out another bag which wassuppose to be my order. of course as I suspected the order was wrong they were missing a fry and didn?t make my burgercorrectly.. I went inside to address the issue absolutely no customer service..?what you get?, is how I was greeted when lettingthe employee know my issue. Then asked for a receipt. then another employee yells from the back.. ?Hell No, I made that order 3times already? then comes to the front and ask me ?wat you get?! Brought the food back & I left got home and after that poorexperience opening my bag and find they just threw the burger together.. Sloppy, hard bun!! Completely disgusted with thisexperience.. Haven't had a worse experience anywhere. Waited for over 30 minutes in an assigned parking space and never got food. Was never... checked on by staff. Finally decided my life was worth more then a 9 dollar crispy chicken combo and left. They can keep the 9dollars because they will never get another dollar from me. Will go to the McDonalds on the other direction. Only a milefurther. Read more
