No hairnets?! Boxes weren't completely closed upon pickup. I had to ask employee to close boxes so food wouldn't fall out; they... didn't know how so I ended up doing it myself. Delicious pizza though. Read more
0/2 ordering here. 1st time kids and I waited in the car for 45 mins after being told about 15 more minutes when we arrived.... Today they had 1 employee answering the phone, ringing people up and making pizza. Grubhub had to cancel order because drivercould not wait. Order had not even been started by the time they arrived. The pizza was pretty good and that was my reason for the 2 stars. I was curious when we pulled up as to why it was so empty... inside when the other pizza place is always packed. Upon entry, it was just dry service all the way through. I have never beento a Marcos so I genuinely had no clue what they sold other than pizza. It wasn't until a few minutes into ordering that Irealized they have other items because the other portion of the menu was not turned on until after I had already ordered. We hadto buy the bottle drinks because at first we were told they didn't have cups only to find out they have cups the drink machineis just broken.The guy at the counter came across as dry not sure if it was from boredom or just didn't want to be there. I'mnot sure why the pizza was bought to the table in a Togo box since we were dining in but maybe that's their thing. It was justa very strange and unwelcoming experience for us. Read more
Marcos is continually moving up the ranks with their pie! We love pizza but had never tried theirs. Thank you to our 15yr old... for being so persistent... it's the cheese for me. They make OK pizza but literally every single time I order here they mess something up. Today I straight-up got an empty box... from them, which is probably the worst screw up so far. And good quality has been going down too. I give it two stars instead ofone because they always fix their mistakes, but this shouldn?t be a constant thing. Read more
Last night I ordered two pizzas. 1 small veggie, and 1 medium all meat. When the pizza was delivered my boyfriend opened the box... for the medium all meat pizza and it was veggie. Upon reviewing the receipt to make sure the order showed correctly we checkedthe small pizza and it was correct. My boyfriend called the store to explain what happened and immediately the store told myboyfriend to call Grubhub for a refund. My boyfriend told the guy this isn?t a Grubhub issue, I don?t want a refund I want theright pizza. Only when my boyfriend said he would call back to speak to a manager did the guy offer to make the right pizza. Myboyfriend absolutely loved Marco?s Pizza..not anymore!
