I had to make 2 trips to Chick-fil-A today. Breakfast was calling my name and I had to go back for lunch for another fix! First... time ever sitting in line more than 5 minutes, yet, the employees were just as nice this afternoon when I was literally #19 inline as they were this morning when I was #3. Great staff and great quality food, as expected from Chick-Fil-A. The drive through is a little slow compared to other locations... I've been to, and that seems to be a common complaint with this location. Otherwise, it seems to be a well-run store. Greatlocation, easy to access, and a great drive through layout. Read more
I have always love going to Chic fil a, but this was the worst. I ordered a grill chicken egg white and the muffin was burnt... and too hard to even bite. I saw a manager in the parking and showed her the muffin, she really didn't seem to care. This isthe main reason I felt a need to express my concern. Read more
Me and my family have order food to go from this Chick-fil-a location twice and each time it hasnt failed to dissapoint and... disgust us. The food is just awful a real shame compared to the one off of independence blvd by the longhorn. We've had hardlettuce on our salads and watered down disgusting drinks and burnt Mac and cheeses. This location is just a big letdown comparedto the other locations surrounding it. Read more
Great new wide drive through. Fast service, employees on foot to speed up drive through. Nice spot on the hill in mint hill,... entrance to the drive thru not in a intuitive location. Read more
I have a better experience when I walk in. Even when there's a line it goes quickly, The front line is pretty efficient, there's... just a lot of them and they seem to get in each other's way. But I understand they to have a large staff. Anyway, front staff isalways pleasant and talkative and the food is consistently yummy. Read more
