Sandwich was squished and burned by the sandwich artist. She seemed annoyed when I went to pay (when her supervisor asked me to)... while the sandwich was in the oven. Well when sandwich maker goes from making sandwiches to the cash register, that is where I draw the line. That is sooo... unsanitary on all levels. Paper money is so dirty with unknown bacteria and and drugs. I know it has been a few years but I willnot eat at a Subway here in Minot, ND. Read more
I wouldn't even give it a star. I usually have good service, but today was the worst. It took forever to have one sandwich made... and all three employees were telling us as customers that they didn't want to be here. When it came to paying is what reallyticked me off. The lady took forever to put my order in and when asking if I wanted anything else, I said that's it. She juststared at me and I said just the sandwich. Then she asks if I'm crabby. Okay, yeah, I was because it shouldn't take 20 minutesto get a sandwich made. And a store or food employee has no right to ask a customer if they are crabby. I had a right to be.
