Starbucks not bad people work in starbucks make them look bad. I never write a bad review for anything before this is my first... time because i feel like they bullied me. I have been order drinks at starbucks many many times and never see anything like thisbefore, they gave me half of the coffee in a venti cup, i know everybody make mistake so i ask them nicely to redo my cup ofcoffee but they refuse to do it and said if i need more ice or milk i need to pay extra for it. I have been order the samecoffee for many times at other locations they always make it full never did it like half of the cup like this. Read more
I ordered a venti baby yoda drink, specially made from the store and a pup-accino. And wow were they so sweet in letting my pup... have it. Drink was amazing. So happy going through the drive thru I forgot to pay! I ran in and they said it was on them, noproblem. ????????. Amazing service and lovely staff. Read more
Unfortunately the lines are long for drive through, parking is near impossible when the drive through lines are wrapped... throughout the parking lot and onto the street limiting inside pickup. Facility was never designed with this much business atthe drive through. But people are willing to deal with it for now. Read more
Comical to say the least. My last 3 visits over the past 2.5 weeks I've encountered them being out of breakfast items and heard... 3 different excuses: a) the person that did the ordering didn't order enough b) the manager forgot to take items out so theywould be thawed this morning c) sorry, we are all out of breakfast items.
