Horrible dining experience today. First, no hot water in the restroom (pretty sure that's a health code violation); second,... lettuce had big chunks, not cut up enough; third, the marinara sauce on the buffet was cold, not warm, but cold; fourth, my wifeorder her favorite pizza and here we are 50 minutes later all done eating and no pizza. When I inquired about not getting ourpizza, the response was, "Oh, really?" As we were leaving I was asked if we got our pizza. Nope! Yep, we should have went withour other choice today. Read more
Great pizza and salad bar. The dessert pizza was awesome!
9/10/22 Bad! I asked a young female who was tending the salad bar for Ranch dressing, all the bottles were empty. She said, "I... start filling the salad bar from the other end, so it'll be a while" IT'LL BE A WHILE???? REALLY!!! The Ranch dressing came outwhen I was FINISHED. Needless to say, I wasted the food I had taken because I needed Ranch...salad, green peppers, cucumbers,boasted potatoes...I had to go get other food I didn't even want!!! Never Again! First time at this restaurant with my family and we really enjoyed it the food was good and, as we prefer, we were able to keep... our table clear of excess plates that?s to the friendly table busser. I believe her name was Lady D, she came to check to see ifshe could clear our plates out the way for us without us having to ask! I loved that especially because plates and things stackup so quickly! We will be back and I hope to se ever friendly face there smiling when we return! Read more
We used to love going here, but recently it has really become a disappointment. It doesn't matter if it's slow or busy, they're... always out of everything. There's probably 8 trays on the pizza buffet, but 5 are usually empty or have only 1 or 2 slices left.And there's never anything decent like cheese or pepperoni for the kids; it's always bbq chicken or something weird that noteverybody likes. The chicken is almost always gone, and if there are any pieces left, it's cold and rubbery like it's beensitting there all day. There's never anything different, it seems like it's the same thing every time we go there...mashedpotatoes and chicken gravy, Mac and cheese, noodles, spaghetti sauce, and green beans. Why can't it be changed up a little bit??Maybe have chicken fries or buffalo wings for a change. The salad bar is usually ok, that is the one positive thing weexperienced at our last visit. The kitchen staff seems overwhelmed trying to keep up putting new food out. I can't help butwonder if they are only working with one fryer and pizza oven (Maybe expand the kitchen?). When I go to pizza ranch, I expect toget what I want and what I pay for, not to settle with leftovers and wait forever. If I wanted to wait for my food, I'd go to adifferent place. We love the chicken there as well as being able to customize a pizza. Salad bar and lots bar was very low and took a bit to get... it refilled. Need to be faster in the desert pizzas. They are always out. Like the flavor of the food. Read more
Pizza is very good and the chicken is as good as advertised. Seriously if you haven't heard about it by now, you're really... missing out. Pizza flavors vary quite well, so everyone should find something that you'll like. My only complaint is thatsometimes it takes a little while to refill food and the salad bar could be better. If you're lucky enough to get the dessertcookie the snatch that up before it's gone cuz it lasts about 43 seconds on the buffet. The other flavored dessert pizzas arealso very good and as long as the ice cream doesn't freeze up it's a great combo. The people who come clear the tables are verynice and timely so you don't have a pile up even with a large group. So overall go. Seriously if for nothing else, get thechicken. Salad bar and it doesn't disappoint It is Hands down The best part of going And the pizza Is also amazing My favorite is theBuffalo chicken They also have great dessert pizza and ice cream With a decent drink selection Definitely a place to stop ifyou're in town They are also very family Friendly and very reasonably priced Read more
