The deliver service was fast. Pizza was hot on arrival and tasted great.
The pizza is usually cooked really well, with even toppings and cheese. My only complaint would be that the pies I've gotten... recently are cut in the strangest way, almost like the person with the blade is trying to make no two slices alike. Small gripe,but does make it interesting with two small kids who demand identical servings. Read more

Really good. I wanted to order a large pan Supreme and wings. The employee informed me they were out of pan for regular pizzas,... but said they had it for square pizzas that they make for their dinner boxes. So I ordered the pan Supreme dinner box pizza(only the pizza, not the dinner box) and 18 traditional wings, spicy garlic. With three dipping sauces. The food was deliveredon time, hot, and correct. Best part was how the employee worked with me to get me what I was hungry for even though they wereout of the item. The food was delicious. So many customer service experiences are awful now.. it was refreshing to havesomething positive. Great experience! Read more
We ordered the Pizza Hut Party Box and we LOVED it! We did store pick up and i watched it go right into the pizza boxes then... into the bigger box. This kept the pizza as if it was fresh out of the oven when we got home. Everything was delicious and staffwere very friendly and asked me multiple times if I been helped as I was waiting for my pizza to make sure that I had been takencare of. Great experience! Read more
This Pizza Hut location is one the best I've ever ordered from. The delivery driver called me minutes after placing my online... order to inform me of their Covid-19 policy that would not allow them into the hotel I was staying at. The food arrived hot anddelicious. The delivery driver called me just as he was pulling into the parking lot. I will be back in Minot several more timesthis summer and will order again from this location again. Read more
Unfortunately the order I placed never arrived even though it showed delivered by doordash. I tried to call the restaurant for... over a hour and they never answered. I don't know if the driver enjoyed a pizza on me or delivered it to the wrong location. Either way I still have not heard from the Pizza Hut location. Fortunately the Pizza Hut customer service number was able totake a complaint. Now I get to wait a few days before I hopefully get my money back. I am honestly curious what happened. Read more
