We went here for dinner tonight, you get a free meal on your birthday and you don?t have to sign up just show your ID. We come... from Arizona and I have been consistently disappointed in North Dakota?s Mexican food options but I was decently surprised andhappy that they had the shredded beef and pork options here, and you can choose if you want red or green sauce. I can?t standthese places that just serve ground beef. We will definitely be back here soon, the only thing missing is horchata but I imagineit?s not easy to find in these parts! Read more

I had a southwestern chicken salad and the lettuce had some brown on at least half and the toppings have been way minimized the... last couple times I have gone. It still tastes good and most the time everyone is satisfied and full when leaving. . Chips andsalsa will do that no matter. Read more

Waited an hour for our food, one of the three orders was the wrong entree. The waiter didn?t offer to correct it. All three... meals were cold. The peppers for the fajitas were not sizzling or even remotely cooked, and it was loaded with dill?!? Wedecided not to risk food poisoning and did not eat the cold food. The waiter could care less then billed full price for the mealincluding the order he screwed up. I didn?t bother to complain any further as life in general is probably challenging enough forthe guy. If you like Mexican food, do not go here. It is nowhere close to authentic but it's also horrible. The fajita had sautéed... veggies which were seasoned with some really bad seasoning and there was grilled chicken peices kept on top of it which wascolder. The margaritas tasted so bad we could not take more than a few sips. There was hardly any tequila, and the flavor wasquite syrupy with some granulated particles inside the drink. I?ve eaten at several Paradiso locations and always find them clean and consistent in quality with great service. The Minot... location always delivers and it?s a fav stop when in the area. I love their chimichanga. Sorry others haven?t had sameexperience. Read more

First of all, I was entertaining guess from Atlanta, Georgia who was so looking forward to experiencing a Nacho bar that was... only for the drinking customers, but the service was not great. Compared to other customers we waited about 20 minutes beforewe could order and took an additional 20 minutes to receive meal. Maybe I use to different tasting Mexican food but the foodwas horrible. The only thing that I can say that good was the prices. Even though I spent close to $40.00, We did not eatanything. Yet another Paradiso location in the books. Incredible service and food was fantastic. I was in a hurry and I wasn't... disappointed. Minor mix up where I went to the bathroom and returned to find my table cleared. LOL! No worries as my meal hasnot come out yet. I ended up with a fresh drink , chips and salsa within a minute. Unfortunately there is no big truck parkinghere so I hid mine at the back of the lot. Glad I was able to squeeze in this brief visit. Read more
