Embarrassingly, I go here often. Mostly for the dollar diet cokes, and nuggets for my son I do suppose. I digress. This... location has very rarely made mistakes, when it does happen I swing through again and its made right, quickly and properly. There a few standouts however. Without remembering names its hard to guve proper credit. Due to the frequency of my visits fora while there, qeve built a bit if a rapport so one in particular stands out. I'm remiss to remember his name...Chase orGage...leaning towards Gage. Younger guy, late teens, very early 20s; curly hair with glasses. He is always so personable andgoes out of his way to ask me how things are going, days its good to see you and the like. Hes awesome. Not necessarily a ravefor the establishment so much as for him individually. He is an asset wherever he will go in life thats for certain. Perhapsthis better left in a local rave page but Ive spent all this time so here you go! Totally forgot to put our 20 piece nuggets in our order. We were already on the west side of Minot heading home before we... discovered it. We called and they are supposed to send us some coupons or something in the mail. Not holding my breath on that.The guy bringing food out to the cars was vaping. Read more
I put it a mobile order at 3:45 thinking it would be quick since I had an appointment at 4:30. Was very wrong. I ordered fries... and a mocha, thats it. It took half an hour to get my stuff and I was almost late for my appointment. Really really slow. Read more
33 minutes for a burger fries and a coke. Fries were barely warm and the ice in my drink was almost all melted (probably poured... 32.5 minutes before my food was ready). This is multiple times with slow service and there won't be another. Use the other Minotlocations if you can. Read more
Service at the monitor was poor. And it felt like they didn't care at all about the customer. Came there for just fries sat in... drive-through for 45 and asked for cook to order fries and most definitely wasnt right. Called went back and again failed at myrequest. So went in to get money back. I wont be returning to this McDonald's location again. Poor service and management Read more
I'd have to say this visit was definitely "meh". We went inside to order which went fine and all, but the order was missing a... cheeseburger for a two cheeseburger meal. And the fries had to have been the last of a batch and all our frie boxes were filledlow like they were just trying to make all our order without dropping a fresh batch (pictures included are not having eaten anyand none were found in bottom of bag). The upside was their shake machine wasn't down so that's a plus I suppose. Read more
I was dumbfounded to receive both of my fries half full on 4/6 not to mention that they forgot my child?s kids meal. I had to go... back for it and I didn?t even want to inquire about the fries. Just a poorly managed and trained location. I won?t be back. Read more
This place is ridiculous. Multiple times coming here and getting our order wrong. They?ve forgotten fries, drinks, sauce, wrong... customization on burgers, you name it. Then you have to go up to the counter and watch people pass you by for a long time untilsomeone helps you try to correct their mistake. I stopped coming here because of this and only recently started coming againsince the play place opened back up. Go to the one by Walmart. They are the best one in Minot. Read more
