The food was good. Service, not so much. We waited 25 minutes to order with the waitress periodically walking by saying "I'm not... ignoring you", yet not taking even a drink order. At one point one of the other waitresses asked her if she wanted her to takeour order, but she told her no and we still waited. Half the shake flavors (mainly fruit flavors) are no longer there. Itypically love going here, so I can't say that it was a normal experience, but I may ask for a different section next time. Read more
You just don't see many diners like this anymore. It stayed busy while we were there; but there was no wait for seating. Food... was very good with decent sized portions. The atmosphere was nostalgic. Coffee drinker will enjoy the pot of coffee left at thetable. Read more
This place is just so cute! It?s not just looks either?. The food was absolutely delicious! The only negative connotation I have... is that our waitress made me feel terribly guilty for ordering a hot chocolate, going on and on about how difficult it was tomake and that she would have rather made me a milkshake. Kroll's keeps it classy and nostalgic with the old school booth seats and it's honestly a neat place to sit, eat and socialize.... Several of the waitresses I've had already were nice and accommodating towards my (and guest) needs when needed. I expect it toget busy on the weekends for breakfast and brunch but some evening breakfast is also welcomed till 8:30 pm only. It's good foodhasn't given me anything but pleasantries. I'm sure there's vegetarian options but I wouldn't push it to vegan. Portions aregenerous and I'm sure if you're friendly with the staff, they'll be sure to make you happily full. The only downside is that, Ifelt like a stranger to the rest of the guests around us, which given we are but, being stared at made me quite uncomfortablewhile eating. Read more
Me and my husband just visited here for the first time. The food was stunning! I had Grandma's French Toast ( blueberries... flavor) + sausage patties. The service was great too. We will for sure come back to try something else. Read more
His second time, my first, the cinnamon French toast was to die for!! The pancakes were amazing!! Even the coffee was superb.... But what makes this place great is the service. 10/10 would come back again. Read more
Kroll's.. uhh.. what should I say about this place .? Awesome is the word I would say for this place. Servers are very friendly... and served with the order real quick, I was impressed,actually. The environment is like in 50s theme and feels like home. Ilove it! Read more
