This JJ South location is the worst. Definitely not "freaky fast!" Deliveries take forever and order accuracy is hit and miss.... Walked into the lobby today to pick up an online order and was rudely told the lobby was closed-to pick it up in the drive-thru.No signs. No locked doors, just refused to give me my food. I said, I'm already here-Can you just hand me the bag? Lobby guysays, "NO-go to the drive-thru." Went to the drive-thru and had to wait 20 minutes! Tried to call to cancel my order because thelong wait was making me late for an appointment. Rude lobby guy picks up the phone "Jimmy John's-Can you please hold"and then hehangs up before I can say anything-TWICE! When I finally got the order it wasn't even done correct! Read more
As always jimmy johns is a nice place to go for a quick meal. It seems as just this location is so dang slow. I?m not sure if... it?s because you normally would go inside, but I?ve waited at least 10 minutes in-line just for an sandwich. The food is alwaysconsistent, but the waiting is definitely a deal breaker for me, especially when the only car in line/person ordering. Read more
On the evening of Jan 16, I ordered from Jimmy John's South in Minot, through the Door Dash App. Someone from the store called... me shortly afterwards, saying that they had no drivers available and wouldn't be able to deliver my order. When I stated that Icouldn't pick it up, the caller said it would be cancelled and the amount paid credited back to me. I didn't see the creditafter about 2 days, so I called the store. I was told that it may take 3-5 days. Not wanting to be a pest, I waited 2 weeks andcalled back. I was told that it was a Door Dash issue. I contacted Door Dash and was told that since the order was shown asdelivered they couldn't do anything about it. I called the store back and told them what Door Dash had said, I was then toldthat it had been over 2 weeks and there was nothing that could be done. I asked why, stating my order was never delivered andthere must have been an oversight. They offered to have their GM call me back. That was 4 days ago, I've had no call yet. If Icould give less that 1 star, I would. This situation has been really disappointing. The amount paid included a tip for thedriver, which I was happy to give if the order had even been received. After ordering the exact same meal three times in a week somehow got overcharged by two dollars for no reason. When talking with... the general manager I received no explanation and was handled very rudely by her over the phone .Not impressed by her handleover the situation at all completely unprofessional. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Read more

The employees there have always been very professional and fast. The store is always clean, and has a good fountain drink... selection. And of course, the sandwiches are always great quality. This location is a great location. Definitely one of the bestJimmy John's that I've been to. Read more
I'm so glad my first time trying Jimmy John's was at the Minot location last night. I was met with super friendly staff and the... lady serving behind the counter was the epitome of kindness! Great embassadors for the Jimmy johns brand, oh and the sub wassuper tasty too.....will definitely be eating more JJ's in the future. Read more
