Changing from 5 to 2 stars. Went after 12:30 and most the food was not ready. Food was cold and yet burnt. Over this last year... the place has gotten a lot worse. Even the free ice cream cones were old and stale and the ice cream a sugar sludge. Maybe theycan turn it around, but they need twice as much staff. Only 2 people for lunch time rush. I used to enjoy eating here on a weekly basis. Every place has their issues but the last 3 times I've been it has gone down... hill. I asked for sliced brisket and got a chunk of dry meat. Ribs have been tough and chewy. Quality has gone out the window.Best thing they have is the free ice cream when you leave. Read more
I don't know that I've ever given a restaurant a 1 star review and I feel like this is even too high. The food was cold. It had... no flavor. We ordered the pork out platter and they replaced the ribs with kielbasa. The service wasn't great. We decided to tryit once and that was one time too many. Read more
