Typically when I go here the service is very friendly. The last time I went here it was not friendly. It was a busy day, and I... understand in customer service it can get hectic, but you still have to be nice to your customers. The coffee is good, but aftersomeone gives me attitude I will never come back. There was a long line because of the customers coming over from Amtrak. Iwarned her I had 4 coffees I needed to order. I?m not from Minot so I am not familiar with the train schedule. The lady said?Wednesdays are never a good day because the train is very busy.? Now, I already felt like an inconvenience. She never said?sorry about the wait? or ?Sorry Wednesdays are busy? She was very rude. When I ordered the special I was describing it to herwhat I was ordering and she proceeded to say, ?I know what it is.? In the rudest tone ever. I work in customer service, and Iknow busy. I understand, and I was very friendly to her. I even tipped her because that?s the kind of person I am. I had a long break while on long Amtrak ride across states. I wasn't going to get off the train, but SO GLAD I DID! After one... sip of this latte, I was ready to turn back and order another one!
