I do love the ice creams, the best vanilla ice cream I ever have but the customer service it's bad. They should trainer the kids... better. I have bad experience all the time I come to this location, until I stop coming for good!!! Nice atmosphere, but hopefully next time the kids won't find hair in the ice cream.
Service was not amazing. Employees seemed more focused on talking with each other than making ice cream. They didn?t even mix... ours, just piled everything into the cup. They started cleaning up/putting chairs on tables 30 minutes before close, makingmultiple groups walk out of the store. Read more

The employees do not even acknowledge you when you walk in. When I gave my order he said the flavor ice cream I wanted was... frozen solid and told me to pick another. Then during our interaction he kept wiping his forehead with the gloves he use toserve people with. I just told them never mind and walked out.
