I asked Google for the best breakfast places in town. I chose this pace based on location and the photos. I have to tell you my... omelet was amazing.. had it made with egg whites it was not too greasy at all.. it was perfect. And the dark rye bread myfavorite. when asked to switch my cheese from swiss to pepper jack made it even better. Hit this place people. You won't bedisappointed! Read more
What a great place!! Food was delicious. The young lady working the front was incredibly nice, and all the staff were super... attentive. We both had the sausage biscuits and gravy, one with scrambled eggs and the other with over-easy. And of course wehad to try their famous carmel roll (recommended by our server)!! Sooooooooo good! Nearby Amtrak train stop and this place was a quick walk up the hill to Main Street. She had my food out in less than ten... minutes then I walked back to the train. Thanks to Google for this great suggestion. The food was fast and delicious! Read more
I?ve been here a couple of times when I?ve passed through Minot. Best Breakfast In Minot is no exaggeration. I love the biscuits... and gravy with hash browns and eggs. Great service, great old fashioned cafe, reasonable prices and good portions. I alwaysorder caramel rolls to go. YUMMY! Read more
The hot beef sandwich was pretty good. But it?s not out of this world or anything. The caramel roll was good! Probably can make... this at home. I wish I could have tried their pies. The service was not good. The lady taking order was not nice I actuallyfelt like if we did something to make her mad at my table. Never got my water refilled or asked if the food was okay. Maybethis place is one of the best eateries out of minot and that?s why it has such a high rating. If this business had to competewith actual decent diners it would be mediocre best. Service is good. But two of us had the biscuits and gravy (haystack) and it was very bland. I think I had coffee? It wasn?t... strong at all. The biscuit had more flavor then anything else which says a lot. The other food ordered all looked decent. French toast, scramble. My motto is, it should be as good or better then what I can make at home, or I don?t need to come back. Read more
