Charlie's is absolutely the best place to eat in Minot. The egg salad sandwich on a croissant is made fresh to order and was a... big hit with our family. The caramel rolls are excellent also. I asked Google for the best breakfast places in town. I chose this pace based on location and the photos. I have to tell you my... omelet was amazing.. had it made with egg whites it was not too greasy at all.. it was perfect. What a great place!! Food was delicious. The young lady working the front was incredibly nice, and all the staff were super... attentive. We both had the sausage biscuits and gravy, one with scrambled eggs and the other with over-easy. And of course wehad to try their famous carmel roll (recommended by our server)!! Sooooooooo good!
