If I could I would give this place a -20 not even 1 star. Today we went in and the cashier was not welcoming and very rude. It... was hot inside and the cashier just looked at us with attitude about a coupon for a free large fry. We were about to spend $30bucks and we told them forget about since the cashier was giving attitude and didn?t know how to put it through. I?ve tried for two years to give this place a chance. Fails everytime. For as long as you wait you?d think your food would come... out hot! NOPE! fries are always cold and like they?ve come out of the Stone Age that?s how hard they were. The workers here areinsanely rude. I come to this Wendy's almost everyday on my lunch. I always ask for 2 sauce packets at the speaker because I'm willing to pay... for it. They always forget so I have to ask at the window but it seems like the employees are annoyed of that. They don't say aword to me and barely even look at me when they hand me my food. Today I asked for sauce and the woman at the window handed itto me without looking and dropped one then walked away. Yesterday I didn't even get my sauce so I had to wait inside for 10minutes on my lunch and ended up walking out because I didn't get helped, wasted most of my lunch over it. Had them give me a double stack that still have plastic on one side of the cheese. How do you manage to not take all food... packing material out before cooking food isbyond me. Got spicy nuggets instead of regular like ordered. Fries were cold andsalty. Terrible service. Read more

A couple weeks ago, we sat in the drive thru for 22 minutes, an hour before they closed.. circled the building 2x with 2 other... vehicles before we left. Every time you order a grilled chicken sandwich it comes with different toppings.... They gave us aburger WITH NO BUNS...... Last night they gave me 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers with nothing more than meat cheese and bacon, staleroom temperature nuggets, & the wrong frosty..... They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE... i?ve been patient with this place for too long. multiple times they?ve messed up my order (wrong drinks, wrong sauce, no... nuggets, wrong burger) all for examples. today, the order wasn?t wrong, but the people here are ALWAYS on some bs. always beingrude, and they don?t even look at you. i?m the type of person to say ?have a good one ? when they give me my food and they neversay anything! the inside is always filthy as well.
