Tried their new imitation to a b Big Mac, was ok , but no way close to a real Big Mac
I enjoy this Burger King the most! I am a very particular person when it comes to food and make adjustments to almost... everything I order. I love my Pickles on my sandwiches and I mean a lot of pickles. This particular Burger King is verysuccessful at meeting that request of pickles. That are also very friendly and personable and have never received attitude withmy change request on my orders. Thank you Minocqua Burger King and keep rocking your great customer service! Read more

Worst bad service , they don?t give people time to choose what they wanted , the lady that?s taking orders on 3/29/21 around... 12:00 very rude rude rude don?t even give time for us to choose what we wanted . There is only one car behind us it?s not evenlike 5 or 10 cars and a d we start picking what we wanted they said we don?t have that instead of introducing them self firstand just let us know what they don?t have in the beginning before we?re going to place orders .. so. I've always liked Burger King's food, and it's all about the same quality, no matter which location I go to. The only difference... is the service, cleanliness of the restaurant itself, and how long it takes to get my food. For the most part, I'd say all thesethings were just about average...so not too bad. I did wait probably a bit longer than usual, (I went through the drive-thru.)and my biggest complaint, is that they constantly seem to be changing their hours. They say that it's because of the lack of,"help," but it seems to me, that the number of employees here has NOT CHANGED much over the years. Oh, and also, is it just me,or have the "regular" sized burgers here gone down in size, CONSIDERABLY?! I ordered a, "Whopper Junior," and talk aboutPATHETIC!! That burger was TINY!! So their is that too. Overall, I say this Burger King fits in the, "average" category. Goodfood, but the burgers could be bigger...and they need to pick hours, & stick to them!! Read more

Spent half an hour here. Ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich. First I received the wrong order completely, then I received a... Chicken Bacon ranch. Then after waiting, I got my chicken parmesan. It looked right upon first glance, but when I got back in mycar I realized they used BBQ sauce instead of tomato. It wasn't even dressed like a BBQ chicken sandwich! How'd they mix up thesauces???
