We?ve love having the Tequila butcher managing the Caribbean Marina?s servers and bartenders. Ever since the marina?s recent new... ownership and renovation, it?s become a summer destination on lake Minnetonka again. It's so ideal to sit out on the lake andtake in the people, sailors, and the boats. We?re glad to see the expanded food menu; it?s simple to drop in or order take out.However, during beautiful sunny days and over the dinner hour, its best to go early. It?s a popular place so be prepared for await time. However, it beautiful to walk around and stop in the little shop on the premises! You can make table reservationsthrough Table Agent. We?ve ordered the Shrimp Ceviche the most often; it is excellent and the accompanying chips are unusuallygood, too. The burgers, tacos, and grilled chicken salad are great. too. Try the Texan brisket sandwich. The drinks areexceptional ? as is the atmosphere and service. The beverages are made fresh, are garnished nicely, served nice and cold andare absolutely delicious. We recommend the handcrafted Margaritas, the Captain?s Beverage, tequila-based, options, and CoconutPiña Colada. There is enough space between tables so that personal conversations work, it is quite serene and romantic when notcrowded. It?s nice to see healthy options on the menu. It?s a perfect walk for us. Boaters love the takeout option. Parking issufficient most of the time. I highly recommend this place!!! Underwhelming and a poor excuse for the Chanhassen location. The chips in the chips and salsa we ordered were not the same chips... as the Chan location. The yucca fries were not served with the usual aioli, but ketchup packets instead; had to ask for it. Alot of corners cut to bring you the boat dock view. I attended a private event here on the patio and the staff was awesome. The patio was very full but the service was great with... drinks and tacos going out to guests who were sitting standing and moving around. The location is perfect, great views. We went for their Saturday brunch. Food was awesome but I don't think they quite have their brunch game figured out yet. They... didn't serve coffee! If you want to be a brunch place, please have some kind of coffee something.
