I have been here more than once, and no, I don?t come here often at all. The times I have been here, it?s been from awful to... good, that also says it for the customer service. I recently answered one of the surveys sent by subway, and as usual, Ianswered with honesty. A day later I get an email from a certain Jason, who apologized for receiving a bad experience (hecould?ve stopped there) but then made a comment making wanting to make me feel very stupid on how melts are made. Listen, Ihave been to many sandwich shops and seen how beautiful they wrap that hot sandwich melt. Subway on the other hand (at leastthis location) just throws in my melt a brown oversized bag and not even sealed or anything, just throw it in and feed theanimal kinda attitude. This person who might be the owner of that store was rude and unprofessional, never again buying frontthis location. Again, MPO and hope it doesn?t happen to anyone else. Make your sandwich at home the way you want it or simplyvisit a different location with better reviews. Cheers. Read more
Always in a hurry making sandwiches and salads, never reads the on-line orders correctly. I ask over and over for veggies to... get cut up for my salads and I give restaurant a hr n half to get my order ready, there No reason why workers have to just throwfood together!! Read more
Dinner shift is great, lunch shift... In 5 min I saw 3-4 health code violations (including by the supervisor), they put bacon on... a sandwich that wasn't supposed to have it, toasted a sandwich that wasn't supposed to be toasted, and screwed up the order ofsandwiches without ever noticing that the order of people was wrong... So not the place to stop for lunch. Read more

I had a really delicious sub the bread and ingredients were so fresh that it tasted like something I could have had at Jersey... Mike's and I got a fantastic suggestion to try a sandwich I haven't ordered before from one of the staff working here. Out ofall the subways I have been it's probably the best subway in MN. Read more
Best Subway location ever! They always have the softest fresh bread, crunchy veggies and prepare your sandwich exactly how you... want it (online order always for me). I always order light sauce and they do it perfectly! Every other location thinks "a tinybit of sauce" means turn it into a soggy mess, not this location. This subway has amazing, friendly and quick service. The Lady who helped me, understood what I wanted on each sandwich and the... to go and to eat in part. Detailed and professional as they come. Ample place with a good distribution of booths and tables. Clean restrooms. Clean ambiance all together. Good usual subway franchise menu. Can't go wrong with this branch and their team. Read more
