Super hungry this morning and I went in, put in my order, it was ready and about time to pay to leave with my order they say... their machine is not accepting card only cash. Like, so what am I supposed to do, my order is already made and you?re telling meI can?t have my food because your machine spoil and I have to use cash, and they didn?t even try to listen, they said what theysaid and went on to the next customer who had cash. Had an issue with a mobile order not being made correctly the other day, so I go back into the store this morning and the... manager could not have been nicer, saying sorry for the mistake, and he made a new sandwich for me. Subway, this manager workingat your Minnetonka location deserves a raise! I?m not one to generally leave reviews, but I was very impressed with thisinteraction and the way it was handled. The staff here don't care about you or your businesses, and they aren't shy about it. They took a few minutes to talk to each... other before helping me, even when I was in plain view at the counter. Then the lady making my order got visibly frustrated withme when I asked her for three different veggies on my sub, even asking "You don't need that much, do you?" I don't know if themanagement here is unaware, apathetic, or just can't find any good people, but the staff here make this a horrible Subway. Read more
All the bad reviews are completely true! I go there frequently. The employees always have a mean face on and are insanely rude... to any question! Their tone is absolutely disgusting! I have faced this treatment 9/10 times now. Their manager needs to sorts**t out! If the manager is the same then the franchise needs to take action! Horribly RUDE. Not the customers fault you only have 3 kinds of bread available. When straws are out and a customer asks if you... have any, no need for the nasty glare. The poor woman behind me with 2 small children was treated like everything she asked forwas a problem. Next time I will wait in the long line at another restaurant. Read more
y?all?s employees are rude as hell, I asked for a footlong Italian herb and cheese and she started putting this roast beef or... something in it, I spoke up and tried to POLITELY correct her and she kept insisting that I had said ?Philly cheese? in therudest way possible and it irritated me so badly that I just told her I was good on the sandwich and left.
