It's been about 5 years since I've been here to eat but wow it was everything I remember & then some. My mother, son & me split... a double helping of chicken & steak fajitas with all the fixings plus we got an order of 12 Moppo wings. I’ve been here many times over the years. This last time makes it tough to want to go back. Went there for happy hour and... ordered their burger and fries happy hour special. The burger was cooked about 8 minutes too long. I was so hungry I ate itanyway. Shouldn’t have but it took 45 minutes to get it. I didn’t have anymore time to spare. I’m guessing they were shortstaffed. The woman that took my order was very kind and polite. It’s just not as good as I remembered it to be. Read more
Outstanding customer service. The owner is so sweet, great guy!! We had the house moppo wings and they were fantastic and crispy... and the house rub which was delicious ???? We had 1 other app queso bean dip which was good too. Great happy hour. I wouldhighly recommend! Read more
Awesome texmex style food with fun decor and great service!
The food is good. I ordered a Grey Goose & Tonic with lime. It was not good. Couldn't put my finger on it...tasted like cheap... vodka. Since Grey Goose is all I drink, I know when I've been given something else ...either that, or the lime was rancid. Ithank the owner for his/her response. My first thought was attended poured me a double, but I asked and was told no. It mayhave been the lime...it was yellowish and I thought it was a lemon when she put my drink on the table. Really after polling my family a 3.5 was the score. 3 of the 4 meals had taste issues. One meal was way overcooked. One meal... was spot on. On the bright side, the staff was pleasant and the food came up fast! Read more
The food was absolutely fabulous. The Smokin ribs were tender and very meaty. Exactly how the menu described them. The State... Fair burger was awesome! Loaded with perfectly fried cheese curds. The fries were great on both. Did take out and even let thefood sit for 10 minutes when we got home and the food was still HOT! It was ready when they said it would be. Only thing Iwish happened was some utensils and napkins for the to go order. This was a great experience and would recommend Lone Spur forsome great food. Read more
