I?m very disappointed at the fact when I asked the employees can they wash their hands prior to putting on gloves and making my... sandwich it always seems to be a problem I was just there about a week ago the young lady was messing with the garbage and stillthem put gloves on and attempt to make my sandwich today when I went in there she actually was coughing in her hands I nicelyrequested for Hands to be washed prior to preparing my sandwich she just grab gloves again and proceeded to grab bread to makemy sandwich and I basically said I don?t want my sandwich been made without you taking the proper steps of sanitation thisshould be common sense and common courtesy. she tried to inform me that our house was clean and I reminded her that she had justcoughed in her hands as I was walking in the store then she snatched her gloves off and went to the sink to wash her hands. Haven't ordered in quite awhile but due to being short staffed we had to today. I was very disappointed in how little meat was... on the sandwich! Mostly bread and lettuce. I ended up pitching one half of the bun and folding it over. For the amount paid, very bummed out. Won't reorder Read more
Every time I go to this place they are closed. Even when they say it's open. If you can't even be open during dinner hours then... the should probably just shut down. Don't waste your time trying to eat here. You'll likely show up in the doors will belocked. Read more
Ordered lunch on a Friday at 11am. I knew it would be somewhat slower but it took an hour for my order arrive. When it got there... there was no drink and two dollars in cash left. I?m not even mad. I just want my money back. It was just not great service. Idon?t want the delivery tip back. I called to ask and the person I spoke to said ?we don?t do refunds? and offered me $15 instore credit (my order came to $19). Unfortunately I have to submit a less than good review. This is the second time I've ordered a sandwich for delivery that... didn't arrive after waiting for almost an hour. I've ordered from here at least 6 times, so 2 out of 6 experiences is not agood number. When I called to check on the status the manager said, "delivery is out now". I explained the details of thesituation and he showed zero empathy or accountability. The response was simply, "we are just really busy today." That's aneasy fall back that is used too often when a vendor is running behind schedule. I asked for a refund and he said, "ok, I'llvoid the order now and let my driver know." No "I'm sorry", No offer to resolve the issue; Just simply, sit and wait for thearrival. When I asked how soon will i get my refund, he responded, "check with your bank on that. When i void it, it's out ofmy hands.". Again, this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. That's too bad. Read more
Horrible customer service. I come in often as I work a couple stores down. I have rewards and I hardly EVER get asked if I do... and when I tell them I do it's often "too late". I went in today to get a sandwich and I walk in and EVERYONE was sitting at atable talking. They took twice as long to make my sandwich since they had to glove up and they were scrambling to get gloves andsuch on. If you're going to hire new people (and they were all new) you might as well hire some suitable employees. I have alsohad a ton of trouble with older employees but I'll save that complaint for another day. Read more
Here I am - reviewing a Jimmy John's. Seems crazy to me but here it goes. Went to this location of Jimmy John's because total... wine is next door and I was super hungry! I've never been a Jimmy John's fan until I discovered their BREAD. It's AMAZING.Soft, has the perfect amount of grain to it and holds up against the meaty sandwiches. Most people go with the sub, but it's aserious mistake when they have the bread behind the counter. Service was also great at the location. Some very young staff butrespectful and listened well! Highly recommend this location and Jimmy John's bread instead of their subs at any location! Read more
