I just had an awful experience at this caribou location. A woman in a purple shirt with glasses was incredibly rude. No place to sit and drink coffee, just a bar in the middle of the store.
If I could , I would give NO star. Every time I go to this Caribou they do something and than justify it. One time I had a free... upgrade and she told me I could not use it and could not tell me why. Today I went there against my better judgement and ordereda mint mocha w/ milk chocolate. She gave me a peppermint mocha. When I said something to her she said its the same thing justwith peppermint on top. I want chocolate mint. For 5$ a cup for a small one at that, I should be able to get what I wanted. Notwhat you fixed. I ordered right. The cashier was wrong. Every time I come to this location, I'm either sitting at the menu saying "hello" until someone eventually comes, and then I sit... at the window for what seems like forever just for them to even take my card.
