Absolutely delicious. The setup of ordering reminds me of Subway, very straightforward. And I love that there are pictures of... all of the food items on their menu, so there's no guesswork involved. I got the "Choose 2 Combo", so it was a decent amount offood at a very reasonable price. Absolutely no complains about this place. I will be adding it to my list of go-to restaurants. Read more

I just need to give credit where credit is due. I tried to place an order online but was using a CC from my employer who is from... another country, and it was just not being accepted. I called the restaurant and spoke with Amber, a delightful, unbotheredperson. She was so kind and patient when I had to call her back with a different CC, she even held my order. Amber even broughtthe order out to my car when I went to pick it up at a very busy lunch hour. I recommend their food not just for the great tasteand quality but because the customer service I experienced was top-notch! Thank you Amber for being great at your job. Read more
Food was very good. Staff were amazing. The person working the cash register could see I had my hands full with an infant... carrier and a toddler so they carried my food tray to our table and helped get a high chair. Excellent service! Highlyrecommend! Read more
There was 2 people in front of me when I got in line, I waited 10 minutes and just left. Theres 4 employees in the back that... were barely moving? not sure how the food tastes but speed is very low. Expect to wait 20 minutes to order. They have a thing ortwo to learn from Chipotle thats for sure. Ended up driving 4 minutes to the nearest Panera, way better menu and prices anyway. Read more
I have been to 3 different locations of Zupas, and all have been great. Food looks and tastes fresh. Prices are very reasonable.... I love the soda/juice/syrup drunk options. I recommend the lobster bisque with the crab avocado melt. The chocolate dippedstrawberry is a great touch. Read more
Clean, friendly staff, and delicious food! Wish we had one in Florida. So many good choices and combinations to pick from and... all of it is freshly made to your liking! Save room for dessert- so good! I had the Steak Cobb Protein bowl, with the CrabAvocado Melt, and Nutella Creme Brulee! Read more
It's been a couple years since I've been to a Zupas but I just stopped in for dinner and wow I've been missing out. This... location raises the bar as I was greeted by all the friendly staff the moment I walked in the doors and was assisted all the waythrough ordering my sandwiches, getting to sample soups and even advice on dessert. They were so helpful and quick not tomention the food was phenomenal I forgot how delicious the soups here are!
