This is bar none, the best Jamaican food I had in 35 years of life. The quality of the Steamed Fish was superb. I absolutely... love food with flavor. I?m no culinary artist but adore food with multi-flavors that are balanced. This was it?? The smell,taste, and texture was heavenly. I look forward to trying more. A great place for Jamaican food. Did not even know the restaurant was there; I think it opened about a year ago. It?s a very,... very local little restaurant, nothing fancy, just outstanding Jamaican food, nice casual atmosphere, reasonable prices, andwonderful owners. We sat outside on the back deck, listening to reggae, and kicking back. The food came out very quickly and waspiping hot. The barbecued whole snapper was outstanding! My sons sweet and sticky chicken wings were crispy and perfectlycooked, with just the right amount of sauce. The jerk chicken was good, but not spicy at all?my fault for not requesting veryspicy. One of those rare finds searching for somewhere to eat in an unfamiliar city. Typical Jamaican set up with restaurant along with... other groceries. Nicole is friendly and fantastic and we appreciate her service very much. The chef introduced himself as welland checked on the food and delivery. Very adequate portions. Omg this place had some delicious authentic Caribbean food. I have visited many Caribbean restaurants and this place remind you... of actual island food. It was so delicious and fresh. The chicken was beyond delicious and that sauce on it was everything.Theoxtails were falling off the bone and seasoned to the bone. The Escovitch fish was perfectly seasoned with onions and carrots ontop. It has a sweet spicy seasoning on it. The cabbage was exceptional. I cannot wait to go back.
