My usual order is the #6 combo with no meat and I haven?t had any problems until today. Today, I order the #6 combo with no meat... and when I get home, to Brooklyn Center, I open my food and find a pile of soggy lettuce with raw red and green bell peppers onmy huarache and no beans or rice on the side. So my son went all the way back to Midtown Global Market to have it replaced,reading out loud my words exactly, and he comes back with the huarache a little bit better this time. It has beans and cheesethis time but it also has an unusual combination of Lima beans, carrots, peas, and half cooked green and red bell peppers soakedin oil. Didn?t ask for vegetables. So I picked out the peppers wondering why they offer a menu when they?re just going to giveyou whatever tf they want to give you. When I request no meat that does not mean I want heaps of random greasy vegetables piledon that is not normally part of the meal. I took a picture of the greasy peppers, which was only half of them because I left theother half of the huarache uneaten, but the picture does not accurately show the insane amount of oil these peppers weredrenched in but you can see the oil coating and dripping in the plastic bag. Los Ocampos you should be embarrassed serving agreasy bell pepper huarache when I just wanted a bean and cheese huarache. You got it wrong TWICE! Read more

May 20th at 11:25 am... I?m a regular customer that comes there every Monday. Never had issues until today. I found a hair in my... quesadilla. The quesadilla was only 1/4th of the way eaten, the hispanic lady on the counter looked at it and immediately toldme it fell off my head. She insisted and tried to scoop it off with a fork... she couldn?t. It was in between the meat andcondiments that they put in it. The lady gives me an attitude as if I?ve never been there, as if I wanted to ask for a newquesadilla. Absolutely shocked to see how she has no customer service. Shame. Won?t be buying anything from there anymore. LaLoma tamales it is then. Edit: after receiving the quesadilla. They didn?t give me back the beans and rice that I still had onmy plate that I never touched. Incredibly rediculous. I am keeping my cool. But the worst experience I?ve had in a restaurant.
