I ordered Grubhub pick up so it?s faster .. ideally. They make me go through the drive through @ 2 am for 30 min for it .. I... could?ve just went through the drive through in general. What is the purpose of this especially when it should?ve been ready atthe time I walked in.. dash/Uber eats drivers are picking up food through the door as well. I get things take time sometimes but.. to make me sit through the line for an extra 30 min is ridiculous. Read more

Not really impressed. They are not consistent. Some days the meal is perfect. Others, not so much. Whenever I order a drink... through the drive-through, there is a 50/50 chance it will come out perfectly fine, or disgustingly watered down. It is far morelikely that the cup will be filled to the point where taking a drink will cause the contents to spill onto me and the car. Ihave not had that kind of problem with the food. The person taking orders in the drive-through in the morning would clearly likedo be doing anything else. Read more

Worst customer service I?ve had in a long time at Taco Bell.. So get this, I finished my order on the self checkout. I go to the... front and ask for my drink cup since I wanted to get the cup filled prior to getting my order. The MANAGER was counting a drawerbut literally right by the cups. I asked her for my cup and she told me to wait until she was done counting. LIKE WHAT???? Youcan?t reach over one foot and get me a cup? Something that will take you two seconds? Horrible service. Arrived to pickup a mobile order and web I asked the employee if that had received y order they replied ?it?ll... be at the front counter when it?s ready?. Ppl walk off with mobile orders all the time so the least you could do is check tomake sure you still have it or are making it. Too many times i walk into a store and they say it?ll be ready when it?s readyonly to find out someone else took the order. Do your job Taco Bell or get new employees not bandaids! Read more

Drive through window screwed up my order. Although I clearly explained five times how to correct it, she couldn?t figure it out,... so I drove away paying too much. ALSO, several items wrappers were written on with magic marker, which soaked through on to thetortilla, so had to be thrown own. I called the manager, which I loathe wasting my time to do over a few dollars, and what doesshe suggest to solve the problem after I?m home and my family is eating? Food was better than average for a Taco Bell. Only complaint is the horrible customer service. Not a good morning or a thank you... was given. Also, had to wait at the counter for the manager to replace paper towel in the dispensers behind the counter beforeeven being spoken too. Like I was an inconvenience for her in the butch haircut. I know people have bad days but try to be kindand courteous please. Read more
