Food was over cooked. Then they require a tip but don't have any signs up saying tip is required. Our drinks were not filled... once while we ate and not only that what am I tipping for I serve myself anyway. The place was 40 bucks for 2 adults no reasonto beg for tips. Tipping is not mandatory in the United States, so there are no laws that govern how much gratuity should bepaid. That means it is generally up to you to decide how much of a tip to leave a server at a restaurant. Just so you areaware. Tipping Is not mandatory so you can't force customers to pay. This place will told us we have to tip so we tipped 1$ theyare only out for the money clearly. Will not be returning. Read more
It's not bad. Didn't hand out any spoons, only forks. Gotta pay first before you eat. The crayfish (usually my favorite dish)... wasn't too tasty, mediocre at best. Food is what you would typically expect though, not too shabby. I heard waiters heretypically ask for larger tips, but I did not encounter that there, so not sure if that's true. Read more
It's sad...I see this restaurant as a missed opportunity. This place has an open door and clear path to be the best Chinese... Buffet Restaurant in the area...the question is "Why haven't they taken it??" If I rated on the food alone, I would have given 1star. They got a second star because the inside is nicely kept, clean, and I received adequate service. Currently, I can'trecommend eating there for any reason or meal, because for now, it just isn't worth the price that you have to pay. I loved the variety of food but felt that some of it had been out since lunch, we went at 6pm. I understand kids will be there... with their families and it's not the restaurants fault but there wete so many kids yelling, screaming and running around thewhole 1 hour and 45 minutes we were there. That part honestly sucked and I absolutely love kids and want them to have fun andbe free. Just not in the environment we were in. Read more

Very bad service. Host/waitress did not refill drink or pick up plates. When I was getting ready to leave the host / waitress... made a statement saying the tip wasn't included in the bill & requested I pay her a tip. I told her I experienced bad serviceand I refused to pay a tip. She cussed me out in front of my children and husband. & the food wasn't all that good. Sad to say Iwill never go back ! I was charged $97 after I left I checked my account and $111 was taken from my account. Read more
