The service was poor. The male cashier did not thank me for my order or told me to have a good day.
I ordered through the website, only option to order. I ordered Meatball Sub, traditional bread, American Cheese and light... marinara and a Cold Cut Combo, Italian herb and cheese bread, provolone, all veggies except jalapenos and black olives, mayosalt and pepper. What I got was a 1/2 meatball sub 1/2 don't know, all veggies wrong bread and CCC, no mayo and with olives.Very 7nhappy and would like my money back. Read more
I ordered online to save as much time as I can for my lunch break from my job. Ordered a rotisserie chicken item. Came in... grabbed my order, arrived at my job to find out the expected chicken was actually some roast beef or steak item. Super turnoff. Read more
Went in to order some food and the employees didn?t provide adequate service. I politely asked for a receipt after the guy kept... messing up my order; I ordered four sandwiches, one of them I didn?t ask for lettuce and he kept putting on the wrong kind ofcheese. I even told him ?American cheese? and he kept putting cheddar cheese on. And they told me they couldn?t give me areceipt. Plus they kept pretending they didn?t understand me. Food was okay but the female employee who helped me was Amazing. She and I both laughed as we tried to figure out how to make my... sandwich exactly the same as the advertising sign. I recommend the Fritos sandwich. Enjoy. The male needs to loose the attitude;for Goodness sakes it's just a cash register that does everything for you. Lighten up and Smile. I bet you will be amazed at howmuch better your day will be with a simple smile. Laugh often; especially at yourself. Read more
Layout is decent. Sandwich artists were friendly and didn't make mistakes. Bathroom requires a key from a worker. Downside is... the sketchy people loitering around outside. Saw three people nearly start fighting people crossing lake Street right in frontof cars, and other shenanigans. For being in a bad area, it's a decent place. Just be careful outside. Read more
So here's what happened: We were waiting in a very long line. And two grandparents with very young grandchildren walked in, as... the grandfather sat down and started to help the grandson take off his coat, and sit nicely/etc. The grandmother takes the younggranddaughter to go to the bathroom before getting into line-except you need a bathroom key in order to get into the bathroom.So the grandmother asked for the key, she asked politely, and the lady working (who was an older lady, not just some teen), saidthat she couldn't get the key without having purchased something. The grandmother told her politely still that she wouldpurchase something after her granddaughter got to use the bathroom. The lady repeated that she wouldn't give her the key tillshe had purchased something. The grandmother then upped her volume and kept complaining. And the lady running the registerstated that she would call the police if the grandmother did not purchase anything. So the grandmother took her grandkids andleft. Later while I was STILL in line, a police officer came in, showing that the lady on the register did call the police. I'mupset that the workers of subway did not handle this better! The grandmother was clearly in the process of ordering food, andthe granddaughter was knee high, probably around 3 years old. This was ridiculous. Read more
