The service was poor. The male cashier did not thank me for my order or told me to have a good day.
I ordered through the website, only option to order. I ordered Meatball Sub, traditional bread, American Cheese and light... marinara and a Cold Cut Combo, Italian herb and cheese bread, provolone, all veggies except jalapenos and black olives, mayosalt and pepper. What I got was a 1/2 meatball sub 1/2 don't know, all veggies wrong bread and CCC, no mayo and with olives.Very 7nhappy and would like my money back. Read more
I ordered online to save as much time as I can for my lunch break from my job. Ordered a rotisserie chicken item. Came in... grabbed my order, arrived at my job to find out the expected chicken was actually some roast beef or steak item. Super turnoff. Read more
Went in to order some food and the employees didn?t provide adequate service. I politely asked for a receipt after the guy kept... messing up my order; I ordered four sandwiches, one of them I didn?t ask for lettuce and he kept putting on the wrong kind ofcheese. I even told him ?American cheese? and he kept putting cheddar cheese on. And they told me they couldn?t give me areceipt. Plus they kept pretending they didn?t understand me.
