Predatory Towing whilst impersonating a security officer. Not wearing CDC nor State mandate Covid-19 mask while smoking and... spotting for the privately owned Subway parking lot. While my husband walked me to pick up dessert and went to walk to Subway topick up sandwiches for our kids and come back to get me he was greeted by our vehicle being loaded onto a tow truck. $100 fee,exposure to second hand smoke, covid and FoF knows what later-we?ve reported them to the consumer affairs office, and the secondprecinct for their unlawful procedures. Went to get a cold cut with lettuce tomato onion and heavy pickle. Everything was good till it came to pickles. He barely put... any on so I asked for more. Restaurant has a nice parking lot if you drive there. Otherwise it is pretty central to University of Minnesota Campus. When I... arrived there was a line. Waited in line and asked for a six inch sandwich. The worker started to make a foot long so I just letmy friend go in front of me since he wanted a foot long. Then when it was my turn I ordered my sandwich and the worker toastedit without even asking me. The veggies seemed old with lots of the lettuce looking brown. Awful. I went across the street to use an ATM to buy a sub, in the maybe 12 minutes I was gone (long line at said ATM) I was... towed. Employees just stared blankly and said, "yeah, they tow a lot of people in that lot". Who is they?1? It's their lot andthey towed a vehicle of an almost paying customer. Worst Service. Rude workers. I asked how long I can wait to get fresh baked bread and both workers were so rude and didn't... want to answer simple question. Expect left over bread if you go to this place around 10 am which is not too early to expectfresh baked bread and it was easy for both workers to say our bread is from yesterday and then I will get it but instead bothseems to get offended by simple question.
