The food is good but the five dollar footlong needs to be at all Subway restaurants regularly. It sucks that $5 doesn't happen... more often. Read more

These workers are the best. They care about their job and their customers and go out of their way to take care of you with a... friendly attitude; they bring a legitimate smile to my face. They deserve some recognition! Read more

Bad customer service. Cashier had an attitude issues. Had 6" sub free coupon when ordering 6" sub with a drink. I bought extra... 12", $4.99 meatball sub and she couldn't figure out the total. She charged me, $4.09 for 6" (meatball sub, footlong was $4.99) +$1.99 for pop + $8.19 (chicken teriyaki sub) + tax = $15.84. I should have gotten, $5.09 (6" chicken teriyaki sub) + $1.99 pop+ $4.99 (footlong meatball sub) + tax = $13.40. I rather have the money saved them give my money to them. They can't add, theyhave to separate the tickets. Terrible service! Cashier had a bad attitude. Bad day? Don't take it out on your customers! Read more

First time eating here and I will never go back! I ordered using their online app and they didn't put any toppings on the sub.... When I got back to my office and realized it I called the store. I have called them 10 times over 5 hours and they did notanswer the phone once. I will never again go back! Read more

I would like to first start out by saying it takes either exceptional customer service, or an extremely poor customer experience... for me to take the time out of my day to write a review. Unfortunately this review is a reflection of the latter. I have giventhe Subway next to the Century Link building in Downtown Minneapolis multiple opportunities to prove me wrong, but I can now saythis is the last straw. Most of my issues stem from one employee; everyone who has been there knows who I am talking about. The balding gentleman, about 30 years of age, who seems to be the store manager. He is always in a piss, poor mood. He looks asif he hates his job, his life in general, and does not want anything to do with working at Subway. I get it man; your life isnot what you expected it to be when you dropped out of high school. You're not raking in the Benjamin's, driving fancy cars, and smoking weed all day. Now you find yourself just smoking the weed all day, and going back home, stewing about how life isnot fair. Well quit, go back to school, and get your life in order. I will tell you what not to do: 1. Don't slap my sandwichtogether poorly, this is the food I will be ingesting, and would appreciate it looking as if it will taste good. 2. Don't havean attitude all the time, about everything. Sorry I ordered 2 sandwiches, but when they're on special for buy one/get one, that's what I will be ordering. 3. When a coworker asks you a question, or needs assistance, show them how to do it. Don't justhuff and puff, throw your utensils down, and just push them out of the way to do it yourself. Please everyone reading this, save yourself the trouble, and just avoid this subway location. I will now get off of my soap box, and back to my job which Iworked hard to get. Read more
