Rude staff. Tried to rush me by making me give my order while someone else was still in front of me and I had stated I wasn't... there for a sandwich, so there was no reason for anyone to start asking me anything before I got up to the counter. Even said Iwasn't ready, because I was checking my Cashapp balance. I just wanted a cookie and a fountain soda and got a side ofunnecessary attitude with it. I had never seen smaller cups at a Subway before, so that threw me off too. The fountain sodalooked like it was coming out too clear and thankfully it wasn't watered down and just had way high carbonation so I had to takemore pauses getting it into the cup, but in my experience, it usually doesn't look like that unless the bib is low or hooked upwrong. I didn't even realize I could've gotten something pre-packaged until I was leaving because they keep their other drinksin a small cooler behind the counter, which is also new to me. Customer service is AMAZING! However, things are often out of stock or veggies are gooey/expired because they were cut and... stored overnight. I know it's the owner, who is NEVER there. Really love the day-to-day management or whoever is workingalmost all day, they are amazing, but their quality of food and availability of veggie-friendly ingredients had turned me from adaily-consumer to a never-consumer. the worst customer service we've ever received. They cancelled our order with no reason and when we called them they spoke... really rudely and said they cant make a reorder . worst ever service ever! will never ever eat from this place ever. would give0 stars if I could. Read more
I long have said, "who would order a sandwich or sub: they are trivial to make at home and cost 1/10th the cost". I also have... not reviewed anything in my life other than a McDs that consistently ignores my dietary restriction. But today, I craved asandwich and ordered from this Subway. I received the most beautifully crafted Subway sandwich ever artisaned. The toppingsperfectly proportionate. The chicken bountiful. The sauce quantity immaculate. Beyond frustrating! I literally walked out of the store while they ?attempted? to make a salad. They didn?t speak a word of... English! Couldn?t count, didn?t even know the names of the foods they serve there. Couldn?t distinguish hot from cold.
