Unfortunately, today was a real bummer. My 7:25am experience at your store ruined my morning. Your GardaWotld truck driver at... the St Louis Park store on Mtka Blvd and Hi 7 illegally parked in a fire lane, blocking me and another driver. Both of us triedto get out but couldn't. I went into your store to ask the driver to move her vehicle, and she said she couldn't. She seemed topurposely delay in the store, then went to her truck and continued to delay. I first asked nicely in the store then was visiblyangry at the driver. Your employees said they couldn't do anything. Really? Once the driver left and went to her truck, she hidherself in the truck and didn't leave. I went back into the store to ask your employee to do something about it, and that I wasready to call the police. The driver didn't move the truck out of the way. She eventually drove away while mockingly blowingkisses at me through the window. I was late for an appointment and am truly glad no one in my car or the other car neededmedical attention. Please require your vendors to obey statutory law and safety protocols in my city and elsewhere. Could youalso empower your employees to put the customer first? When you advertise BOGO for Thursday happy hour and you only have 2 people working. That's a fail! As you can see the drive thru... line is backed up, and it's no faster going inside (which I did).
