The hotel staff made suggestions for delivery... once they said Sarpinos I was sold. Have ordered from here in Houston and let... me tell you MN did the brand justice!!!!! Legit. They do delivery really late and for free. Pretty expensive pizza but it's basically worth it with free delivery and the... quality of the food. All I've ordered was pizza from them but it was bomb and the delivery guy was nice/chill. All around great. Read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. We placed an order tonight and it was literally the worst experience I have ever had.... After ordering our food the delivery driver calls to tell us she can?t find our apartment. We always leave directions in thenotes on how to access our building and find our apartment. She says she can?t find it and she left the food in the lobby. Wewalk down to the lobby. The food is no where to be found. After looking around we decide to check the other building. We findour order only to find out they didn?t deliver half our food. We called the restaurant to speak with a manager about ourdelivery experience and the missing food. I ask for my money back for the items we didn?t receive he refuses and says he willremake the order. Another hour goes by and the same delivery driver calls again. Says the apartment is a maze and she left it inthe lobby again. We ask if she left it in the same place as before as that was not the right building. She said she did andrefused to actually deliver the food then hung up on us. We call to speak to the manager again who then tells us we are takingadvantage of their restaurant and lying about our experience. Refused to refund our money after providing the absolute worstexperience. Then the general manager hangs up on us. Disgusted with how this store treats their customers. Really good pizza! We ordered a large specialty pizza and received a free 12 inch cheese bread. The New York Deli pizza was... delicious. The sauce was on point and the jalapeno dipping sauce. They even delivered to our hotel after 9pm. Read more

Ordered pizza and a piece of cake. The driver showed up 25 minutes later than they said he would be here. (Its a friday night,... they get busy, i completely understand) However the when i opened the door the driver didnt EVER look up from his phone he wastalking away to someone. when i made a comment about it being rude he looked up and said yeah whatever.
