The turkey bacon club is great. I got cookie to enjoy later however my kids found it and decided they needed it more than I did.... My daughter loves the Mac and cheese. Some of the sandwich makers seem to get a little short with newbies that have only beenhere a few times it would be nice to try and not let that show. Food is great. I ordered through the Potbelly app today for the turducken sandwich and it was not looking like the advertised sandwich. I'm... very disappointed. The location I ordered for pickup is 527 Marquette in downtown Minneapolis. Also, after arriving, I toldthem I had a mobile order and it still took over 10 minutes to get my order. I thought the purpose of ordering through the appis to get it quicker than standing in line. See attached pictures of advertised sandwich and the actual sandwich I got. Read more
I love this place. Every Potbelly I've been to has generally had very friendly employees and great service, but this one takes... the cake. I go there almost every day for lunch around 1:30 or 2 pm. At this time, the employees are a little bored and Iusually get to witness some entertaining (but harmless) shenanigans while we wait for my sandwich to go through. They usuallytry to guess what I'm going to order out of my three regular choices, though they often get it wrong because I have a prettyarbitrary system. They are always fun to chat with, and I get disappointed when I am forced to go during the lunch rush becausethey (understandably) have to move me through quickly. Sadly, today is my last day working downtown, as I'm changing offices. I went for one last sandwich, and they gave it to me for free for being such a good customer (seriously, I averaged threetimes/week for the last nine months or so). It's not the first time they've given me arbitrary discounts for "being awesome"(their words, though I agree), but this was the first totally free one. If I HAD to complain, I would say the I dislike thatthe manager always insists I get a bag marked "extra meat" (I always get an original + extra meat), even though the entire storecan hear my order and I don't lie anyways. But I guess that's her job, and like I said, I'm digging for a negative here. I'llmiss you guys! Read more
Worst service, don't even deserve one star. Paid for my food for pick up, was told an additional 20 minutes wait when arrived at... scheduled pick up time, and ask for a refund and was told to wait 5-7 business day. It has been more than 5-7 business day andno refund have been made. Won't be going back anytime soon unless I want Potbelly to steal from me again. Read more
