I walked into the building and the staff was yelling they were closed at 2pm in the afternoon because they only had 4 team... members working I guess that is short staffed!! When I turned around to leave out the door one of the workers shouted ?why doesshe have an attitude? I typically order ahead online and pick up my food, and each time, my food has been ready on time. I?ve also been impressed with... the amount of protein, veggies, and sauce- I?ve been to some Noodles locations that seem to skimp on everything! My food fromthis location has always been great! my friend picked up an order of chicken noodle soup for me since i wasn?t feeling good. it took about 30 mins for them to give... my friend my soup. when i receive my order, there was barely any soup and i was super frustrated because i wanted the soup. alli tasted was grease and my pasta was super dry. there was absolutely no soup. do better noodles and company. absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my life. took an hour for my food that said it would be 20 minutes, sat... there for 40 minutes waiting. On top of that when I called, not once, but twice I got hung up on. I am an Area Manager in theservice industry and everything that happened tonight was completely unacceptable. Read more

The girl that took mine & my boyfriend's order was very rude and stand off-ish kinda like she rather be anywhere else other than... there. As a food service worker myself I can understand feeling that way but acting that way I don't agree with at all. The foodwasn'tisn't as good as it use to be. Especially the garlic cheese bread. All I can say is believe the poor reviews on this location! Communicating a order is a must in fast food, I shouldn't have to... struggle like I'm taking a test to hear a young lady take my order let alone her acting like I was bothering her just by being acustomer. Smdh I'd also like to know how do you completely omitt spinach from a dish that clearly states on menu comes with it?First and last time at this location. Food is awesome though and service was fast. Love this place! There is something special about going out to eat something you can make at home. The taste of all the dishes I... have tasted have been outstanding. The prices are reasonable. There is ample parking. No need to worry about finding a parkingspot. Service is great, employees are professional. I highly recommend making this a place for a great meal. I am a regular. Read more
