The atmosphere and music as well as the crowd seem to have been satisfactory. I can get wary if an establishment tries to pick... favorites tho. Read more

The classiest of dive bars. Folks are friendly, drinks can be cheap. They music usually plays in the back portion of the bar but... be sure to bring cash for the cover charge. Read more

I went for open mic on Friday nights! It was pretty chill. The bar area is smaller than most but still satisfied with the... drinks. The venue for open mic was well closed off from general bar chatter, though there was frequent interruptions fromservers going from the main floor to the kitchen. So less than ideal conditions but Sidney the host was top notch with histalent and equipment and friendly attitude. It?s a free show and I highly recommend. Read more

#My1sttime I?ve been in Minnesota practically all my life and have never been inside. It?s far inside the atmosphere is mellow... and they have a nice patio where they allow the #SquadofPlayers to celebrate after kickball. Even I was impressed but they?renot as rowdy as some. The drinks were flowing as the celebration was going I even learned to play Phase10! Nice I have yet tothrow a round of darts maybe next time. I didn?t give you a five because it would have been nice to have a ?dish pan? for allthe dirty dishes ???? just know if I?m with them I got them! PS I didn?t take any photos I was too busy enjoying myself???????? Read more

Great neighborhood dive. Saw a show there recently for the first time and the music balance wasn?t great. Everything was way too... loud for the size of the back show room. Don?t think it was the bands sound tech, because all the bands that night were way tooloud. I used to work at a music venue and regularly see shows, and this is the first venue in 15 years I?ve asked for earplugsat. They offered them at the back bar, so I?m thankful. Don?t think I?d ever go back to catch a random show unless I knew theband playing and am willing to tolerate the sound levels. 4 stars because this could just be my limited perspective. Definitelycheck them out and bring your earplugs if you?re seeing a show! Read more

People are lovely, food is not, and it?s dark and sad inside - I would not come back. I came because I arrived for a 2pm meeting... at noon, the original time. I needed somewhere to go to wait it out! Popped in here based on reviews and pictures. Bartender wasa friendly guy and I asked for the brunch menu. Moved to a table once I got my food. Got the chicken and waffles. HORRIBLEDECISION. My food came out what I assume was right away, but my waffle wasn?t warm. Not even warm enough for butter which Ididn?t really get to use. Chicken wasn?t much warmer. The syrup didn?t taste like maple or sweet - it was bitter and black. Igot a bit of the bourbon and lots of burnt bacon. I asked for regular syrup from my very kind waitress. Almost done when I tookthese pictures, but I now have a headache and a bit of a turning stomach so I won?t finish. Very disappointing for $14. Hate towaste food so I didn?t send it back, but now I?m not finishing it either. Real waste. Would not recommend, but thank you to thekind wait staff ??????????? My kind waitress disappeared maybe 20-30 minutes ago after checking in once and I haven?t seen hereven wandering. Now waiting to get my bill which is also annoying. Had to ask the guy at the bar and he?s sending her out now.Definitely want to leave more and more. Read more
