This McDonald's is super clean on the inside, the bathrooms were nice and clean also. I had the double quarter pounder with... cheese and it was the best one I've ever had. It was so hot and fresh it almost burned the inside of my mouth, my wife's big Macwas awesome and of course the fries were yummy Read more
I love the McDonald's app. You can order ahead at whatever store you want to, get crazy good deals, discounts and rewards and... choose to pick up curbside, drive thru or in store. The only thing I don't like is you don't have an option to pay cash when youget there. The app says they don't start it till you get there so why cash isn't an option I'm not sure but it should be.Outside of the app McDonald's has become the most expensive fast food restaurant that I know of. Reupdated and renovated really clean even smells like clean McDonalds. First time mobile order pick up i went inside the redone... McDonalds and was happy to see the interior instead of doing the curbside pickup. I implore anyone to download the app get free/cheaper / deals while you're already going to go here otherwise check out the bundle meals for families i wish they had thebreakfast bundles like in the north side on West Broadway. The food was good but the customer service was horrible. The only person in the front had a headset on and was taking orders for... the drive thru, asked me if I needed to place an order and then after I said yes told me I had to wait for someone else rudelyand THEN when someone else was taking my order right next to her she kept telling me that I cannot use two codes, this is wrong,you cannot use two DEALS but you can use your rewards for free items back to back. You can only use one deal per hour which iswhy the app won?t allow you do more than that. There is absolutely nothing wrong with using your REWARDS for a free item andthen using a DEAL for a $1 fry. She actually went so far as to call me ?slick? and was extremely rude to me when I tried toexplain what I was doing, cutting me off continuously. I have done this many times and when I have explained politely that it?sa rewards and a deal NOT two deals, I have NEVER had an issue ever until today. It is not slick or wrong. If it was the appwouldn?t allow it. If I wanted to and/or had enough point to do so, I could have gotten 5 free items with my points back to backand STILL only have been able to use ONE deal per hour. That is how it works and you?d think their employees would be aware ofthis. Read more
It was a super busy afternoon, and I'm not even sure why, because it was 2-3pm, so not lunch rush or dinner rush. But the line... was about 10 cars deep when I got there. While I was ordering my food, the woman was extremely rude, again and again... and Ionly ordered a combo meal. Unfortunately when I got home with my food, I got to find out the everything was super stale. Thefries werent crispy and were gross (& I had asked for no salt... which did not happen), the chicken nuggets were old and stale &had been refried to bring them up to temp and recrisp them... which just makes the outside nasty and greasy. The woman eventried to charge me for any dipping sauce, until someone told her in the headset that we get 2 with the meal... We arentexpecting a whole lot when ordering from McDonald's... but middle of the road for the price we're paying would atleast be nice. Read more
