Very tasty food if you're looking for southamerican taste. Peruvian ceviche was good for what you can get in Minnesota. The... pisco sour drink should have been a tad sweeter and less dry. The mango juice was good but canned whipped cream on top of itkinda ruined for me. Ecuadorian humitas were delicious. Lomo saltado was perfect. Please stop putting whipped cream out of acan on your desserts, it's not the best and l could have brought my own from home, besides it made the desserts and drinks looktacky. Food was amazing but the service is awful. We waited 20 minutes before being seated. Then once we were seated we waited another... 30 min before a server approached us to take our order.
