If they ever had the yogurt here I would give it a 4. otherwise, its the same 1980s chain with high prices for oil drenched... soggy trays kept under uv lamps all day. Read more

Leeann would be furious with what has become of her legacy. I still remember eating at her restaurant out in Minnetonka as a... kid, everything was always fresh. Now these corporate stores with no quality control or work ethic, put her name to shame. Theyhave no problem selling old, stale food at full price. I stopped in last Sunday afternoon for a late lunch and was beyonddisappointed. Everything looked like it had been sitting there for hours. My wontons were tough and dry like a bagel and my 2fried chicken entrees were far from crispy. One was so old the breading had fallen off. They were even skimpy with our portionslike they were trying to save themselves from having to make more when they should really be trying to get rid of it to makeroom for fresh product. I paid over 30 dollars for 2 cold, expired entrees, what a joke. I couldn't even finish my Pekingchicken, not just because it tasted terrible but I was afraid I'd get sick. Read more

The food was good, but both the ladies behind the counter seemed like they had no idea what the store sold and had problems... answering simple questions. If this was my first time trying this resteraunt, I would not return. However, I have had their foodat three other locations. There is perhaps a staff training problem here. Great quick Asian food without a drive-thru. Extremely clean environment. Prompt proactive staff. I encourage to take advantage... of the award program through the app and/or phone number. The chocolate dipped fortune cookies are Mando. Ask for chili sauceand the sweet& sour appetizer sauce. Read more

Shrimp with vegetables had the worst pea pods I have ever had. Not one was chewable so picked all of them out and just had... shrimp with carrots. Very disappointing! I am usually elated with any Chinese cuisine regardless of quality, but this wasterrible. Read more

I wish Google had four and a half stars... Leeann Chin is a Minnesota institution, not the best Chinese/Asian food I've had and... certainly not the worst. It's consistently OK, and across almost all locations. But what I wanted to write about today isn'tthe food, it's the service and people. In the past month, I've ripped 3 different casual dining places a new one. Not online, but in direct comments to the corporation/store. Some care, some don't. The reason for my complaints has been the quality ofservice, attitude of staff (or managers), and cleanliness. Yeah, I like my food prepped on a clean line, and preferably servedby people who act like they care more than a high school cafeteria worker. The Quarry Leeann Chin gets an A+ on all of these. The food was prepped like it should be. The line was clean, well stocked, and the kitchen was on top of replenishment. Thestaff were all engaged in what they were doing, be it serving customers, backing the line, or cleaning. Everything flowed likea restaurant should. I got my order, walked out, and then walked back in to tell the manager about it. There are reasons thisstore is different. Now if senior management could replicate it across a couple of others just a little further north andeast... Read more
