The food I ordered here was some of the best I've ever had my grandma didn't make. I ordered the spinach tortellini and what I... got was cheesy heaven! The woman who took my order was knowledgeable with the menu. The food was ready quickly. The bread wasdelicious who ever baked it really pulled out the flavors. I will definitely be coming back. As someone who was born and raised for almost a decade overseas before coming stateside, I?ve got plenty of experience with good... Italian cuisine. That being said, I experienced something utterly surreal taking a bite of my Meatball Hoagie. Nostalgia thathit me like no other, taking my tastebuds and heart all the way back to when I was still just a young 5yr old boy, experiencingmy first meatball marinara from my friend?s Nonna. Absolutely fantastic! I was craving some comfort food too, but this hit meon such an authentic level that I had yet to experience anywhere outside of my mothers kitchen prior to this, that I?ve alreadyplanned out my next order. My wife got the Baked Rigatoni and was equally impressed with her meal. You can tell when love goesinto food, and this was certainly one of those times! Read more

i used to order the Chicken Florentine from Jakeenos years ago and absolutely loved it! But recently have ordered it and the... Alfredo sauce has been like soup. Not sure what changed with their Alfredo Sauce, but not creamy at all. Taste was still good, just not a 5 star I would have given it from a few years ago. Read more

First time visiting Jakeeno?s and it was really good. Their pizza feels nostalgic for the thin crust of an old school pizzeria.... The pizza (beef onion Canadian bacon) was delicious and only needed a touch of salt, and the Caesar?s salad was solid and aperfect side dish. I hope to one day dine-in and try more of their pasta menu. Will definitely go back! Read more

I love this place!! Fave neighborhood joint. Their pizza is delicious, their wings are the best in town, and whenever we order... delivery, it?s so hot we have to be careful not to burn out tongues. Mega queer-friendly. You won?t be sorry!! Read more

We're thankful Jakeeno's is making it through the pandemic, especially given their location. Tonight was the first night we... tried their gluten free lasagna, and it was great. The pizzas never gets boring, and there's good evidence, especially from thisfamily, that they do a great job for those with food allergies. Keep it up and thank you! Read more

Had a sit down pizza dinner one Friday night. First time, with the homeowner's kids and a cousin. It was served rather quickly... straight outta the oven from a uber friendly server. Kids were happy with and so was I. So much so I called in a carry out ofthe Chicago Super the following Friday. Love how they cut them into squares like the pizza I grew up on in anotherstate. Great pizza. Priced right. Read more

As a first timer, I wasn't sure what to expect of Jakeeno's. From the pictures online it reminded me of something you'd se in... NYC...small, but amazing food. And that's exactly what it was! It's absolutely adorable, small, good vibes, and cozy. Familyfriendly, good for dates, and even to eat by yourself! Both the pizza and pasta are delicious and their menu has a good variety. They have a good beer and soda selection as well. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely be visiting again. Read more
